I have spent 30+ years educating myself on applications and means for the foundation repair, structural wood repair, basement and crawl space waterproofing, and crawl space and attic air quality disciplines working with 5 different companies including a Geotechnical Engineering firm during my career.

What I have found is that companies obsessed with uncontrolled growth get away from their core values and service lines often struggling or failing to provide quality service in those new disciplines due to lack of experience or incompetence as they grow and become less connected to their core services. 

As a result, there can and will be production challenges as it is hard to find qualified workers in the trades in todays labor market. As a seasoned consultant in the trades it is my responsibility to provide the best contractors to my clients for that particular problem that they are having at the best prices available.
